Ikan Ampap
Bahan :
4 ekor ikan kembung
4 sdm cabe giling
2 sdm asam jawa (tanpa biji)
2 gelas air
garam + gula secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
1. Campur cabe, asam jawa dan air
2. aduk rata masukan garam dan gula
3. rebus ikan sampai air kering
4. Sajikan
